"The industry's exclusivity shouldn't dull young people's potential in filmmaking," says Lara. Her out-of-the-box thinking has led her to redefine traditional Education in the cinematic arts.

This program is not just about providing a foundation in filmmaking; it's about fostering creativity, collaboration, and confidence in young storytellers. 

"Young people can be involved in the sets, in the editing part, and the post-production market. They are involved in the technical steps. This will help them understand the actual Filmmaking world, - Lara."

The mission is to empower teenagers with filming/ editing/ production skills, including MNBM Certifications, by providing them with opportunities to find work assignments and work globally.

It is an opportunity for young people in Bansko to learn about and develop Film Production skills while being supported in their transition from school to working life. This project aims to bring hope and new possibilities to the youth.
