This means we should start preparing for exams well in advance instead of taking on too much at the last moment. Similarly, he emphasizes the importance of setting achievable goals and gradually increasing them instead of taking on extreme targets.

He emphasized the importance of practising handwriting, arguing that it gives students a better grip on the topic.

Modi suggested that students must be more self-faithful and not worry about other people's opinions. Furthermore, he advised students to stay relaxed and fresh while taking exams and not worry about the environment.

Parents, too, play a significant role in the stress and anxiety that students feel before exams. Modi points out that parents may pressure their children unnecessarily by comparing them with others or forcing them to perform beyond their abilities.

This negative motivation can demotivate students and lead to underperformance. Instead, parents should support students and work with them to create strategies that help them achieve their goals.

Modi highlights the importance of healthy competition and warns parents against creating unnecessary comparisons among children. Parents should not compare their children's progress with their friends as this may lead to harmful competition, jealousy, and demotivation.

Mr Modi started by emphasizing the need to balance academics with physical health and how a healthy body is essential for a healthy mind. He spoke about how soaking and spending time in the sunlight helps rejuvenate oneself.

He also cautioned individuals not to sacrifice their sleep. Many people get lost in reels watching one by one these days, and it is crucial to take adequate rest for a refreshed mind and body. Mr Modi shared that he stays so active during the day that he sleeps immediately.

Mr. Modi also stressed the importance of nutrition for good health and well-being. He appealed to people to do exercises daily for overall fitness and not compromise on physical activities.
